As you can imagine it can get very expensive to let these fees build up. By missing your payment for a few weeks you could end up paying just as much in fees as you borrowed. The only way you should consider getting a bad credit payday loan is if you know for certain that you will be able to pay this loan off with your next paycheck. If that is even in question then you might want to pursue a bad credit personal loan.

I Took Out An Online Loan for $500.00 and i lost my job and there's is now way i'm going to be able to come up with over $600.00 by the middle of feburary what can happen to me if i closed my checking account and didn't pay on it?

if you borrow money to pay a debt you have not helped yourself in anyway. actually, u will hurt your credit score more. i'd advice you to talk to your creditor and work something with them.
again if you take this loan how will you be able to pay for it when it becomes due next time?
from my assumption you don't have good credit and u should imagine what kind of interest you will be paying. at the end of the day you will be paying more than you owe now.
cut your spending and see what you can do without for a while na direct the money to paying your debt. and get an extra job if u can

I'm about to get a loan online from lendingtree.com and was wondering how they give you the money. I know that it's wired to my account, but how do they know my account? Do I have to give them the account number or do they already know from my social security number? I wanted to wire it into my sister's account and was wondering how I would do that. Thanks

Have you tried Navy Federal credit union? They offer new car loans at 3.5%. If there is a branch near you, you will receive a check the same day.
Also, are you a member of USAA? If not, you need to check into that. They offer very low rates for car loans, not to mention a bunch of other services.
On a side note:
By simply asking this question, all sorts of navel lint start to respond. If you do choose an online lender, make sure it is a reputable place. You will be giving out your personal information, which makes you a target for identity theft. Be careful and go with a well established company.
Also, I used to be stationed in the VA area. There are a lot of dealerships and other businesses in that area that try to scam military. Be sure to completely read and understand the terms of the loan or sale contract.

You do NOT need an unsecured loan. The CAR is the collateral. You need a CAR loan. Try the Navy FCU or USAA.

I have been in NC for almost 2 years. I was told payday loans are illegal here. Does that apply to online loans, as well? I hadn't needed their services, until recently. I had a car accident and need to meet my deductible. I have a slow pay credit history, which I am working on, so traditional methods of lending aren't availiable to me. Any information would help.

Can you wait 2 weeks or less until payday? Then you wouldn't need the loan, which would scalp you on fees and interest, anyway.
In the meantime, you could walk, take the bus, bike, ride with a friend?

It does not apply to online payday loans. Online and in the actual state laws are totally different. I have used a few and as long as I pay it back they have always been my savior when i have needed it.

nowhere, most online loans are a scam , and even if they look authentic , there not , and the ones that are not a scam, charge you over 30% in interest, you pay almost double the money back, you should get a loan from a credit union , and alot of the "cash advance " places have loan programs as well

I've checked around for small loans online and never really found one. Generally you'd ask your family (parents, relatives), use your credit cards, get a loan against your savings. Do one-day odd jobs.

Please, don't express your opinion on how bad of an idea online loans are, because I already know.. but I've got my back against a wall right now and I need $500 by tomorrow in order to not see my wife and son homeless.. I'm in the Navy so I make enough money, it's only the timing of this whole catastrophe... I've got no options left.
bankrate.com will give you a bunch of options to check out... it is a good starting point... i would try to get an extention from the person you owe the money to first if you can..

Try to pay the mortgage or rent up front and early so you can take care of that first before you do anything else...

No, no, no no no. Do NOT do loans, especially online. First of all the internet is FILLED with scams and second, we're in a depression. I'd advise not to, but if you're desperate, just use the bank.

NO, don't do it on line. Go the Amscot or some other place in person. There are way to many spoof sites that will use that info for other purposes. It's not worth the risk!
