Actually my husband does have debt, and hes the one with the job. I had identy theft a couple years ago. But that got squared away. I am actually trying to get the loan so I can pay off my hubby's debt, so we can get into a house
Well, first of all, stay away from all the scammers on Yahoo! Answers that tell you to e-mail them at some generic address (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc.). They are out to hose you.
Second, incurring more debt to pay off debt is not a solution. What you need to do is get another job (either you or your husband), cut your expenses and pay off the existing debt.

Is there any place that offers quick small loans with out having to use a bank account. I generally use cash only. I have an emergency and need extra. I do not have a bank account or a savings account. Does anyone offer loans with out having those? Nice, polite answers are greatly appreciated. I am really in a bind here.
I have looked into payday loans. I have not found one that does not require a checking account or a savings account. If you have any ideas let me know.
Payday loans do not require a bank account. Although, payday loans are generally very expensive so usually not a viable option.

You can also look at a hard money lender. Hard money is more in cost and interest rate, however they will close a loan fast (once title and appraisal is done). Your LTV would be about 66.7%, a little higher than they would be wiling to go. Most have a comfort zone of 50-60% LTV. Interest rate would be double digits. Average would be about 14% with points. Another thing that you should be aware of is that this is a short term program. Meaning that they would need a balloon payment with in 2 years (depends on how your structure the loan). Don't do it.
On tv, I've seen in the small print, that the interest rate is over 90%!!!! You will be paying back double, so that would be $700. Take some stuff to a pawn shop and get some money.

Go to a bank if u hve a credit card, they can do something. Will charge u for handling charge of course.

I've been out of work for a while and don't get benefits. I have a good credit history. I know the APR will be high but this is my only option.
Loan companies are all as bad (or as good) as each other, what counts is:
1) Amount of interests to be paid on the loan.
2) The amount of interests to be paid on the loan must be fixed.
Once you are happy with the two above points, the rest is largely irrelevant.

As if you were taking a test or something. It's true I have "no credit", cuz I don't want any credit cards, it will get me in deep trouble.
